Why this report was withdrawn

On 8 October 2026 we withdrew this report. A review against our rule that every claim must trace to a public source found statements we could not support, including:

• that six third-party erythritol powders were on sale in Europe. We found no erythritol air polishing powder in the EU other than EMS's AIRFLOW PLUS; EMS holds the European patent on erythritol air polishing powder;
• that Hu-Friedy's PWR Air is a combined tabletop system. Hu-Friedy describes it as a standalone air polisher;
• price ranges for combined tabletop systems that do not match public distributor listings;
• statements about market share and pricing power that had no published source.
