Preventio Hub Evidence Registry
A public, timestamped ledger of the evidence-synthesis protocols Preventio Hub has committed to execute.
Every systematic review or meta-analysis published on Preventio Hub is pre-registered here before the underlying search is run. The protocol is frozen, the methodology is locked, and the URL is Internet-Archive-snapshotted at the moment of publication. If the final synthesis deviates from the protocol, the deviation is recorded as an amendment on the protocol page — never retroactively concealed.
Pre-registration is a simple credibility technology: it guards against moving goalposts after seeing the data. Doing it publicly, with a dated URL, creates accountability. This registry is Preventio Hub's substitute for PROSPERO — functionally equivalent for readers, but compatible with the editorial team's anonymity.

How this registry works
Each entry lists a unique registry identifier (format: PH-SR-YYYY-NNN for systematic reviews), the title, the date the protocol was locked and published, and the current project status.
Status values
- Protocol — methodology locked and published; search not yet executed.
- Underway — search executed; screening, extraction, or synthesis in progress.
- Complete — full synthesis published. Link to protocol is retained; the synthesis article becomes the primary reading.
- Withdrawn — project abandoned; withdrawal reason is documented publicly on the protocol page.
Cadence
Completed syntheses are refreshed quarterly (every Q1) with a documented amendment log. Stale entries are tagged with a "last refreshed" date so readers know how current the evidence is.
PROSPERO
Preventio Hub does not currently register on the PROSPERO international prospective register of systematic reviews. PROSPERO requires a named individual contact; the Preventio Hub editorial team publishes anonymously by policy. This registry is the substitute. If a named external methodologist joins a project, that project may be co-registered on PROSPERO as a documented amendment.
